Privacy Policy

Effective from 1 November 2026

1. Who we are

Gold Tree Nadi is a Nakshatra Nadi astrology and Vaastu practice in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. You can reach us on WhatsApp or phone at +91 79962 48555.

2. What we collect

When you request a consultation we ask for your name, phone and WhatsApp numbers, an optional email, your date, time and place of birth, your question, your preferred language, your chosen service, mode, date and time, and, for Vaastu, property details.

3. How your details travel

If you send a request on WhatsApp, your details go only into the WhatsApp message you send; WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to it. If you book online, your details are stored in our secure database and shared with Resend, our email provider, so we can email you and the practice about your booking. You pay by UPI in your own UPI app; we store only the UPI reference (UTR) you give us. To limit abuse we also keep your IP address in a request counter for up to about 24 hours, after which it is deleted automatically.

4. How we use them

We use your details only to arrange and hold your consultation, to prepare your chart and to contact you about it.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your details. They are seen only by the consultants and team who will hold your consultation.

6. How long we keep them

We keep your booking details for your consultation and any follow-up you ask for. We do not yet delete them automatically, so if you want them removed, ask us. When you ask, we erase your name, phone and WhatsApp numbers, email, birth details, question and property details. We must keep payment and refund records (amount, date, UPI reference and status) and a log of actions taken on the booking, which hold no contact or birth details, for as long as accounting rules require. Messages you sent on WhatsApp stay with WhatsApp under its own terms.

7. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a summary of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Message or call us and we will respond.

8. Cookies and third parties

This website does not use analytics, and our own pages set no cookies. The map in the Contact section is an embedded Google Map, so when it loads your browser contacts Google, which may set its own cookies.

9. Children

Details of a person under 18 should be submitted by a parent or guardian.

10. Changes

We will update this page if how we handle your details changes.
